Behind WelFed.
Welfed cofounder Alice Hart holds an undergraduate degree in physiology and neuroscience and a masters degree in sports nutrition. After training as a chef at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in 2004, Alice went on to work in the publishing industry as a prominent food and health editor, food writer, food stylist and nutritionist. She has written ten cookery books to date – many of them famously specialising in vegetarian cookery – and her recipes are renowned for being vibrant, healthy and flavoursome.
As a qualified personal trainer with extensive experience as an endurance athlete, including Iron Man, Alice was perfectly placed to create Welfed. Alice knows how to write recipes for busy, active people who love to take care of themselves whilst eating well.
